Audio-Visual Recording
As a composer, I have recorded and mixed my own projects over the years with my home studio setup. In 2024, I took a Recording Technology and Portfolio class at TTU. The following year I joined the School of Music Media Team as a Student Engineer. I am continuing to work on the team, gaining hands on experience with recording and post-production.
Audio
I work on the TTU Media Team to record and livestream concerts in various concert halls including Hemmle Recital Hall, Buddy Holly Hall, Kent R. Hance Chapel, and the Choir Hall at TTU. I have now assisted in 50+ concerts, featuring guest artists, large ensembles, commercial groups, the TTU Opera, and the Lubbock Youth Orchestra. I am well-versed in mixing/mastering in Logic Pro X, and am taking a course to increase my knowledge in Pro Tools (Spring '26).
Visual
I work with Sony cameras including the Sony FX6 and Sony PXW-Z200 alongside OBS software to record and livestream. My most technical project was TTU's 2025 IGNITE! concert in Buddy Holly Hall. My personal favorite was recording the TTU Fall Opera: Speed Dating Tonight! On the post-production side, I have some experience in video editing from a former job in social media advertising.
