MIDISense - Using pressure to generate music

The MIDISense is a custom-designed MIDI controller that utilizes the power of a Teensy 3.5 microcontroller and thin-film pressure sensors to capture the data from 3 inputs (3 fingers) and convert it into MIDI data with different interpretations of the data. I successfully presented the device in Fall 2025 in my Music Informatics class at Texas Tech University.
